Extremely disappointing experience. Communication with Eric in sales and his manager Alberto was extremely unprofessional and rude for business. Make sure you check their policy before ordering because the website does not enforce it. Even after I provided a solution to comply with their ordering limits, they still may choose to not fulfill your order simply because they don't want to. After they canceled my order, I had to ask for confirmation that it was cancelled and that my payment would not be processed which led to further unclear communication. They have no interest in earning your business now or for the future. Don't bother giving it to them. In response to the reply: As I stated, I provided a solution that complied with your ordering limits by adding additional items... what is your response for still refusing to fulfill the order?

Affordable seating did an amazing job on our booths! The fit was perfect and they did awesome work!

Spent $15,000 on furniture for our restaurant. Order was delayed about 6 weeks, and came with the wrong finishing with missing pieces. When we contacted our sales rep (Stan Marr) he was not helpful and pretty rude. Its has been 5 months now since we received the furniture and it is falling apart. Seat backs are falling off, table finishing is poor. They claim all their furniture is made in Indiana, however, it doesnt matter where its made if it is put together with cheap materials and unskilled labor.

We ordered two booth benches. Color & size were right on, quality was excellent. Arrived on time. Would definitely recommend.
