My son is in Northwestern Hospital getting a stem cell transplant. My husband wanted to send balloons to him and mistakenly used Andrea's in Chicago. My son had other balloons sent from 2 other local place. They are still like new and the ones from Andrea's started deflating on day 3. I called and Andrea's were unwilling to do anything. I worked for a balloon shop and Mylar balloons last for weeks if not months. This place is a rip off and I am only writing this to save others from loosing money. I cannot believe my son is so sick and the owner of Andrea's is more concerned with making money, She said that!
