Picked up here. I will say that my attitude here coming in was not good as it was snowing and the Illinois Hwy dept was lacking on their snow removal on the 94, 294, and 290. Anyway.
It said I had an appointment but I dont think you need one. I went inside to check in before backing to a door and told the warehouse crew that they were going to have to pull me out of their, fairly steep, dock. They came out and 3 of the fellas shoveled the spot I needed to get the drives off the snow. 30 min later I was done.
3/4 stars, you could probably park in the street over night. The city of Chicagos street dept has a salt pile over there somewhere so the road might have been the most plowed and salted road in Chicago. I dont know if there is a bathroom I am sure if you asked they would let you use one. The warehouse personnel were very nice and helpful and I think if i would have asked them to help by pushing the truck they would have. You know what that deserves a star by its self. 4 STARS!
