My brother got a Big Mac and missing a burger, my chicken sandwich the bun was burned and the chicken over done. The restaurant is a disgrace. This is not the first time this has happened I shock because McDonalds use to be good and now they dont even cook right and put a sandwich together right unbelievable

On June 24, 2023 at 8:57pm I ordered food in your drive-thru at your location 1030 N. 5th Ave Kankakee, IL 60901.
As we were pulling up to the food window, we hear screaming. This woman in the blue shirt was screaming at the top of her lungs into the phone (check your cameras) clock the F@#! in and screamed it over and over, and over. The woman working the window looked petrified. I had young kids in my vehicle, witnessing all of this and scared to death. Who ever this woman is, should be ashamed of herself, and so should you McDonalds for employing such an animal. I will NEVER visit this location again. McDonalds to my children is a treat, its a happy place. We left last night after a fun evening at a carnival with scared children. This isnt the first time Ive had terrible service at this location, but it will be my last.

One of your managers was standing in the lobby doorway smoking a cigarette at 9:15 am on June 20, 2023. Check the camera video she needs fired. At the Etowah, Tennessee restaurant.

Just 3 years ago the meal i just purchased would've cost me 7 dollars and i would be served fresh within 10 minutes. Now i pay twice that and wait 3 times as long for old food. Unacceptable. Lifelong customer, but no longer, ever again.
