Just brought my 8 month old baby to get her ears pierced and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Everyone there was knowledgeable and kind and patient. Thanks ladies!! Great job!

Kristen, the lady responsible for ear piercing is rude especially to Brown people and does not give you enough time to decide on anything.
Claire management you need to pay attention to this. Poorest customer service.

I work for claire's as a assistant manager for 2 days and the store manager Kristen is unbearable and unprofessional she doesn't know how to talk to her employees she's all over the place she want to rush and train you she's impatient If your going to work there good luck I wouldn't recommend working there she made my experience horrible.
