Dr Yakoub has been my primary care doctor for over 15 years now. She is the most compassionate, professional and understanding doctor Ive ever met. Getting pregnant wasnt so easy for me and if it wasnt for her recommendations and giving me the right treatment I wouldnt have had my 3 beautiful healthy children today. As I found out that I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and her having me doing routine check ups I would not be in good health as I am now! Even when I was going through tough times with one of my children, she always gave me hope and told me not to give up because she knew my child is smart and will be able to speak and learn like the rest of the kids her age. Even in my last pregnancy she tried everything in her power to give birth to my baby even though it was an emergency C-section. I thank God she was there with me that day as she saved my babies life! My family and I love you dearly Dr Yakoub and I cant imagine seeing another doctor. Thank you for always being there for my family and I doctor!

I just want to start about my bad experience happened to me today it wasnt the first one but today the last one she was very very rude talking to me and to my mom giving us an attitude was talking about my mom clothes because shes covered i left without being seen because i couldnt Handle how mean she was everytime u come to her u cant talk about ur two things she thinks about money all the time once she put my son in the schedule as he been seen few day ago and the same day we were there because the insurance doesnt pay her if we talk about two things idk what is that if it legal to do it and she put my mom in her schedule that loke shes been seen while she was in California not even in chicago just because i asked her one question about her medicine you go to the office you will wait few hours to be seen i asked most of the pple waiting with me they have the same time as my appointment its unbelievable i even complain about her illegals stuff today not recommended at all one moreover things she is the most moody doctor ever once shes the most kind doctor then she will flip to the worst doctor
