I am completely dissatisfied with my experience here. I felt an extremely overwhelming attitude from Dr. Lane, which I found to be VERY DISRESPECTFUL to say the least. There is absolutely no justification for that type of behavior. From my understanding, doctors are supposed to advise, not control. Dr. Lane entered the room, proceeded to scold me with an egregious attitude about my vaccination status. This transpired after I already been instructed by the nurse to undress for my annual physical exam and pap smear. My blood pressure and blood were already taken by the nurse. Dr. Lane then abruptly left the room while I was naked on the table after our discussion about my vaccination status, and stated that it was her "personal" choice to refuse to see me. This felt like a moral, ethical attack against me. I would have expected prior notice to coming to her office that she would not be taking any patients with a specific vaccination status. I would have respected Dr. Lane's wishes if I had been aware of them. This would have allowed me to avoid this unprofessional experience. Candidly, this is the worst experience I have ever had with any medical professional that I have ever seen.

She is a very intelligent and empathetic doctor. She goes above and beyond to find out what your issues are and gets to the root of what the problem is.
