      image Horrible I scheduled an appointment with them for glasses and then they said they don’t take my insurance on Saturdays? Like I called and you guys made my appointment?? And continued by saying you can pay 95 for contacts out of pocket. What a joke. Complete waste of my time. And another thing they called me on Friday saying my appointment was on Saturday like???? Then why say my insurance isn’t accepted on Saturdays? Infuriating to say the least..

      image I made an appointment more than 2 months in advance because they’re so busy. I showed up today and they turned me away because I didn’t take my insurance card. I’ve been going here for over 10 years so I’m in the system and I was never told to bring it. Never going back again
