Called Indoor Science to test for asbestos in our basement. We had some tiles removed and wanted to double check that the air was clean. Very professional service. The person on the phone got our information and scheduled a visit within a couple days. The person who came out (Brian I believe) was professional, fast, and easy to work with. Results were ready the day after. 10/10 would use again!

I had a 1/2 hour consultation with Jordan about a mold inspection and report results that I had commissioned with another company. Jordan was knowledgeable about the science, the current industry standard practices, and on interpretation of the results. He listened to my questions and answered them clearly and in a way that I could understand. He provided me with some recommendations on a remediation approach that I will be able to compare with those of the consultant that I hired. Jordan takes a practical approach towards identification and treatment of mold issues, based on the science, and I really appreciated that. The $ spent were well worth the peace of mind I received from the consultation. I'd recommend Indoor Science to anyone who is struggling with the question of whether his/her home has mold issues. I sort of wish that I had used Indoor Science for the original inspection and analysis. I hope I don't have a need for these sorts of services in the future, but if I do, Indoor Science will be my choice.

My personal experience consulting with Indoor Science was *extraordinarily* positive, informative, and highly effective in mitigating our distressing indoor air quality issues. I initially left a message in the morning (briefly explaining my situation) and within an hour, a friendly and professional representative named Angela returned my call. From the moment our conversation began, I knew I was in good hands. Angela listened attentively and patiently to my concerns and fully understood the situation; she recommended several immediate actions to take and provided helpful resources to follow up with. I was really impressed by the level of detail she provided and the empathy she expressed to me over the phone. Ben's expertise was immediately apparent and within the first few minutes he communicated clearly the essential steps and strategies for mitigating our VOC problems (extending upon the helpful information Angela shared earlier). Ben was extremely patient with me and carefully listened to every single detail I shared with him. He was sensitive to my predicament and expressed a genuinely caring attitude during our entire conversation; I never once felt rushed or hurried to get off the phone. Ben was a delight to talk to and a reassuring light in the midst of a very dark tunnel. I ended up much better equipped to improve our home's air quality after this successful consultation.
