This place is such crap first of all some employee by the name of Noel H. was smug when answering my questions . I had to wait a week spend alot of money for repairs and this bullshit total defense crap only for my machine to end up worse than before . do yourself a favor DO NOT GO TO TIGER DIRECT. they are all frauds

Great store. They were all very helpful. Especially the associate meletius, I believe that's how you spell his name. He helped me find a product and was extremely knowledgeable. He seemed very honest.

They didn't have what I needed in RAM because they don't service macs too much but I did end up buying a usb/battery on the way out. A simple thing like the cashier looking you in the eye and connecting with you makes me rate this place as better for customer service than microcenter. I may have given tiger direct a higher rating if I stayed longer but for now they're a decent store ill look into from now on in addition to MC...
