I was very happy with this company from the instant they responded to my inquiry. The were helpful and informative. They scheduled my service when it was convenient for me. Any questions and requests I had were responded to in a timely manner. The electrician showed up on time. He completed the work in a timely fashion. Had info to share about fixture. I would recommend T&D to anyone looking for honest, quality and friendly service. Shaina was prompt with her responses and helped quote a few projects simply over email. Greg showed up on time and completed everything in a timely manner. We'll be using T&D again for sure!

This marks the third time I have worked with T&D Electrical. Interestingly enough, Rodrigo was our technician every time! I have always found T&D and Rodrigo to be incredibly professional, friendly, and skillful. They take the time to understand the problem at the time of scheduling so that the technician has a basic understanding of what's going on prior to arrival. Rodrigo then arrived almost exactly on time at the beginning of the time window. He was very considerate and careful with Covid protocols (masks), and also considerate of our home by putting on little slips on his work boots. He was able to identify the problems we were facing and fixed them in far less time than I thought would be necessary. T&D will ALWAYS be our go-to electrician contractor! T&D Electrical is the only electrical company I will use. Always on time, always professional and always the best value for money. I have never had any issues with the quality of their work and they take time to explain the cause of the electrical problem and the various fixes that can be done when I call them. This organization is remarkable! Specifically thankful to Maggie for her responsiveness, personality and follow up....and to Simon for his expertise, creativity and honesty. They advised on a project, which unfortunately was unable to happen, because circumstances outside of their and my control. I still see this as a win, because I have found the team I will use for my next project. Many Thanks!
