Ceda paid over $1500 on a $1700 bill my lights been off for 2 weeks. I have a lung disease and uses a machine to breathe and they won’t turn my lights back on because of about $250. Because of COVID I didn’t get the medical letter and comed only gives you 7 days to get it filled out by a doctor in which doctors are giving appointments more than 2 weeks away. They also didn’t say that after ceda pays the majority you would still need a deposit had they would’ve said that I probably could’ve saved up for it. Comed has been doing customers wrong for over 50 years and for them to turn off sick and old people lights in a pandemic is even more disturbing. I am on my way to channels 7,5,9, and 32 with this story asap! I’ve been to the hospital twice since my lights been out and if I die my mom will get justice for me. I wish I didn’t have to give this a star but I had no choice if anyone can lead me to legal attorneys or anything please reach out but by the time I leave this hospital this story will go heard all over the world
