We had a power outage for just a few minutes and when the power came on we had partial power to our house. I called Com Ed and they did'nt know when someone would come out. I called All Suburban Electric to have them check it out, and was told most of the time it's an outside problem that Com Ed would take care of, and to wait for them to come out. The person I talked to was right. Com Ed did fix it. He saved me a service call. I appreciate the honesty in the information given to me. If I need any electrical work in the future I will call All Suburban Electric. Philip Freske
