Tribble services. Never got a call for a pick up and they don't open at the time that's posted it seems they open when they want to work. Don't recommend

Recently, I sent a layered 2 piece sweater to this cleaners and once I took it home, I noticed the 2nd piece that went under the sweater was missing. I called the cleaners to tell them what happened and was referred to a manager by the name of “Na”. I immediately felt Na resisting my claim as she not once apologized then told me that they didn’t have anything laying around that looked like the 2nd piece of the sweater that I described. I took the sweater in and she pretty much accused me of lying. She claims that the sweater was checked in as 1 garment so there couldn’t have been a 2nd piece. I then showed here were the two strings were severed that held the second piece of the sweater and she still claimed that I was not being truthful. In addition, there were two ties at the end of the sleeves of the sweater that was tied way too tight that I definitely would have ironed the wrinkles out before wearing. So I left out angrily then cane back to at least demand the cost of the cleaners which she gave. I told her that I was going on social media to report this incident and she said, “go ahead that’s fine!” My family, friends and I will NEVER EVER go to this cleaners again!
