Would avoid if you can. Prices are good for the area but service was bad. Dropped off a suit and dress for dry cleaning on Tuesday morning for Thursday pickup. Suit was fine but the dress was riddled with burn marks from dry cleaning. They were aware of it before I came to pick it up and didn’t address the problem until I was already there. Then told me if I wanted it fixed it would have to be picked up 2 days later. I told them that would not work and it had to be addressed immediately, which they then agreed to do. So i’ll give another star for that.

I'm begging you... PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. They had pretty good reviews so I figured I would go from my Streeterville apartment here to get the stain out. BAD DECISION. Everything was fine until pickup time. They said pick it up Thursday anytime after 5. I waited until Friday around noon to pick it up. My dress was nowhere to be found. I thought that was strange. Then I continued to wait because she said another round of laundered clothing was about to be brought in. I waited and still nothing.. I was pretty annoyed because it took me about 20 minutes on the bus and I walked a half a mile for nothing. & of course I was going out of town and needed the dress. The employee could tell I was getting frustrated and she wasn't offering any form of compensation for this inconvenience. Then she started raising her voice at me saying "well what do you expect me to do?!?!" You'd think she'd be the one with the answer... So I said I wanted it delivered to my apartment since I was going out of town. She said she would have it to me by 4. So 4 rolls around and nothing. She then said it would be there by 5 - delivery guy was stuck in traffic. 5 rolls around and STILL NOTHING!!! It gets worse.. I finally show up and they thankfully have my dress. After taking it home and looking at it there are NEW STAINS that weren't there prior to me dropping it off with them. This is an expensive dress and needless to say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If I were you I wouldn't waste my time going here. Rude and inconsiderate. Wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go here.
