Can't get through to people. Call will hang up when it says it will transfer you to someone. Bad customer service on the pharmacy side.

Its okay. Rewards program interesting but can be frustrating trying to figure out what can be used or cant be used coupons vs rewards vs sales. Etc. Way too complicated. But financially worthwhile paying for a membership minimum 5 dollars free every month. Etc. Service good just wish better trained on rewards programs etc. Pharmacy very good

Updating review based on events and in agreement with several other reviews. I have shopped here almost exclusively for 5 years for medicines, home goods etc. I also am a Bank of America customer. Today I walked across the street to deposit some cash before walking into CVS to shop and buy bathroom items. My car was immediately booted and I had to pay a $170 fine before getting towed. To those who have abused this parking lot to the point that CVS has to hinder its loyal customers.... thanks a lot. I myself will not shop at this location ever again due to the extremity of this parking enforcement. While there are technical reasons for this fine, the reasonableness of this has completely discouraged me from returning. Beware for those who are genuinely shopping at CVS and trying to take just one less step out of their errand-filled day to not switch parking lots for a cash deposit at the bank.

Male employees flirt on the clock. An employee came and asked "Can I get your phone number?" when the "need for assistance" error popped up at self check-out, I ignored that and explained that the checkout asked for employee assistance, without removing the error or answering me he walked away to "help" someone else instead. Another employee did come and actually get me checked out when I explained that the other one was only flirting and that is why I was stuck at self checkout.
