During check out the cashier stated I needed to leave my bag at the counter. If you have a bag policy it might be wise to have a sign posted on the entrance.

Ok custermer service not too friendly but I guess being located in a really bad area right by Truman college.

The manager at this location is very unprofessional he refused to make a return on a pair of sneakers that were marked size 7 but were clearly an 81/2 so of course they were too big. The tag was still on the shoes and the so called manager who might I add had on a do rag on his head refused to refund me the money and also I had a receipt. I called the same manager to request the number to coporate and he became combative and refused to give me the number. Dude all I have to do is google to get the number. The store policy is that they do refunds so smeone should inform the so called manager at this location .

The good thing about this store is that during the Holidays they bring out more items from the back. Now this location is having a store closing sale so most items are 20% off. The main issues this store has is that the aisles are full of fallen items and the location.
