I'll start with the most terrible part: we had a neighbor of ours tell us that they saw a dog walker with our 4 month old (still a bit frightened of the city) puppy basically dragging her down the street while the walker was on his phone. A company committed to taking care of dogs has a walker that was DRAGGING our poor puppy down the street.
They also have the most horrendous customer service and policies.
Would give negative stars if possible.
