      image I have unfortunately had a really negative experience here. The communication with them was unclear and they weren’t attentive to me as a potential patient. They showed no interest (I wish I could say little-to-no interest, but I can’t) in helping me. This was over the course of many weeks, so I was patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID, but they still didn’t follow through with care or concern.
