Dr Sims Dentistry

What is going on?? I've been a devoted customer for years. When you closed on June 16th the email stated you guys would contact us. Now it's August, no word...NOT ONE WORD. I paid $1400 out of pocket...for an upcoming partial. I am beyond furious. I had to borrow that money. Now I have no partial and I'm paying back the loan. I have never had a problem with this business. I had understood the Dr had been sick, but this is beyond shady. Make me understand....then send me my refund

I paid for his service in November and as of today the work is still not finished and no one has followed up with me. At this point I would like a full refund. Please advise.

Totally flaked on their patients without any explanation. I live near the office and one day on my way home I saw some fellas carrying out medical equipment from their office at 11pm! Something sketchy happened. No returns to my calls, no emailed x-rays, cracked my crown during an extraction. Unfortunately I’ll have to find another dentist and start all over again. I read the whole family emergency but in that case you would at least keep a staffer to handle the calls and provide customer service. What a way to go out. 👎

I have a surgery scheduled for Thursday. I have taken 4 days off of work for recovery months ago. I purchased insurance through this dental office for said surgery already. What exactly are you planning on doing for your customers? Will this money be good at the other dentist offices your recommending? I hope your ready for some serious legal issues if not. This is a completely unprofessional way to handle this situation. Please contact me and let me know how I can obtain my x-rays and records so I can take my business elsewhere.

Yes I too had an appointment on July 1 2020. No one was there and the voice mail is outdated and says they’ll be closed thru june 26?? Dr sims has been my dentist for over 10 years!! Has anyone heard from them? Even their website now says it’s under maintenance! It’s very strange!!! I’ve left several voicemails and emailed 2 times before the website started saying it’s under maintenance. I hope everyone is ok!
