Jose and his father the doctor run scams and have a history of ripping people off. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY SPECIFICALLY PREY ON WOMEN PATIENTS. DO NOT GO THERE.

Had a very bad experience with this dentist office. I went in to get 1 wisdom tooth pulled and ended up getting talked into getting two teeth pulled. I was told a lower amount for both to get pulled and after the procedure was done my total was $100 more then what the dentist told me. I was very upset that they would give me misleading information. Very unprofessional.

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional staff, rude Doctor. Either staff is racial profiling, or they do not speak enough English. They keep talking in Spanish without even knowing if patients are bilingual and nobody has requested it, disrespecting people in every visit, making questions about private information that has nothing to see with the dental health. They overcharge in every service they could. The Doctor, an asian young girl, is offensive and mean. She even made us pay in advance “to see if your credit card passes”, She did a really bad cleaning, but they charged a lot beside the Insurance portion. They give you a quantity over the phone, then they increment it and you can’t refuse to pay it.
Staff keeps talking about their personal matters on front of patients ( not all, but many of them).
Only one staff woman of name Jacky was nice and considerate, that’s why we are giving them one star.
But avoid going there, or if you do, be prepared to deal with all of this situations.

I paid almost 4x the cost to fix the work done here and I don't know if my troubles are over. They know how to do minimal so they they don't have to held accountable. They made a big deal about wanting my restorations to look nice and not "chiclet" teeth but that's exactly what they gave me: opaque, short, blocky teeth that didn't even come in the right color agreed upon. I had 3 people in the room pressuring me to agree to the veneers promising anything can be fixed later. Afterwards I was in so much pain I needed a root canal on one tooth. They told me they weren't responsible for my pain and that I should've gotten the root canal done first!! It wasn't even mentioned in THEIR treatment plan. My dentist offered to do it but after I went elsewhere the main dentist claimed they weren't even equipped for it. One veneer fell off about 2 months later and I was told by multiple dentists they were made using an incorrect material. It fell off an additional 4 times before I was able to get it replaced. Almost a year later, complaining about pain on the root canal re-treatment they did, I found out they pushed the filling so far out the FRONT of my tooth that it was into my gums. I needed surgery and might lose the tooth. Also worth mentioning, my dentist straddled me to take photos of my mouth, absolutely not professional. They billed it out using the main dentist's name and not the person that actually did the work. Super Sketchy. Is Tien even licensed?! I'm out thousands just from them. Don't think that they are affordable because you're going to pay sooo much more fixing it.
