BEWARE: Do not EVER hire BEAU B. BRINDLEY. I paid him his required fee in full. After he reveived his money I never heard from him again. He refused to send me any brief that was filed and even let the deadline date for filing of a motion for rehearing lapse. He also assigned another attorney to my case to conduct oral arguments without my consent.

He received 8,000 from our family never showed up to court and does not respond to our messages. The worst attorney ever. Had the money for 1 year and has not even called our loved one.

Worse attorney ever. Does not show up for court hearings. Has been held in contempt for not appearing will not fight for you. Google him and read all the court cases hes failed on.

0 professionalism and little to no communication from either lawyer or secretary. Always left things until last minute and wouldn't inform client about anything, but did make time pressure us to pay before he was even done with case, that's the only thing they try or care about. Dont waste your money or time cause even after they get paid they dont do their job.
