I have been trying to access my tickets online but can't get into my account because the update password doesn't work and there's no one to help me since they don't have customer service reps and the Live Chat takes too long. I spent $500 on seats that I won't get to use because the event will be held before anyone at Ticketmaster ever gets back to me. Ugh!

need a refund from the bts tickets but it's been over a month and i haven't gotten anything. ticketmaster says they sent them out but banks are saying they got nothing. they are scamming people.

I sold tickets through Ticketmaster and it’s been over 3 weeks since the event and since I verified my bank account. I have have emailed them on two separate occasions and can’t even get a live agent or chat. I’m beginning to think Ticketmaster pocketed my money. Unbelievable, I’ve been patient long enough.

Absolute garbage policies and customer service. Been waiting on payout for ticket sales for 2 weeks now, seems at this point they’ve just decided to pocket my payout money cause I haven’t received it and customer service has been ignoring me for 2 weeks. Do not do business with ticket master, you will regret it 100% of the time.
