Annabelle was amazing. I felt a little frustrated because I didnt mention a specific brand of contacts in the appointment it was going to require an additional appointment to get the contact RX/approval for a new brand. But Annnabelle was super patient and went through like six different price quotes for me.

I called the office on Wabash in Chicago. A young lady by the name of Jennifer answered. From the moment she answered phone, she was so polite, patient, professional & funny. She took care of all my needs & questions even though I had a few more than normal. She was very thorough & even when I asked her to repeat my order, address to verify that all the info was correct as stated, she did it with a pleasant voice & over the phone smile. I genuinely complimented her & stated that America Best need more customer service associates as herself. I will ask for her for now on in person or via phone as needed. I hope shes a permanent employee at Wabash Ave store for a long time to come. Kudos to Americas Best for hiring someone like Jennifer L.
