This building, aka 129 E Bellevue, has numerous issues, that are impossible to correct. The building was originally built as apartments. You will smell your neighbors cooking, think low end apartments....that’s for starters. Yes, you will hear them talking in the hallway. Should your neighbor chain smoke, you will breathe that in daily, too! If you have lived in a home with central heat and ac, you will miss those modern conveniences as this building has radiant heat, which is controlled by the building/engineer. The antiquated heating system, despite high assessments, has not been maintained. Numerous residents have space heaters...some dangerous propane. Carbon monoxide constantly flowing inside due to the fresh air intake located in loading dock where numerous trucks leave their vehicles running/exhausting.
