Fantastic service! I came in because the screws attached to my Dell laptop battery were stripped. They quickly got the screws out, put my new battery in, and even did some additional cleaning inside the laptop! I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I left my laptop a couple of months ago to get it fixed it died suddenly and I wasnt sure why. Im not sure the name of the other associate that was there but there were times that he did not know a lot of information about the status of my computer, so Alex which I believe is the owner took over and made sure that it was properly fixed. Come to find out I just need a new battery. He was very helpful and was able to get my computer running within just a couple of days. Thank you, Alex! Im telling all my friends to come to you!

Great experience with Alex after my laptop stopped turning on. Price was reasonable and his communication was good. Very happy with final outcome as he was able to fix within two weeks.
