Opt you into a paid rewards subscription of $15 automatically without adequately informing you. I did get a welcome to rewards program but the auto charge text was buried in the email. This behavior should be illegal. Actual purchase was great and had planned to shop with them again. Great price. Now I know why. They steal from their customers post-purchase to make up for it.

The Compression Knee Massager. I purchased this as a gift for my son. I was uncomfortable so I returned it.
As a senior on a fixed income, this was an expensive purchase for me. After several emails and phone calls, I was informed that buried somewhere is company policy its noted unless product is defective, you will not receive a full refund. I was charged Shipping (I think), Restocking and Taxes.
I will not purchase from HS again.

Wow! I've had decent experience with past HS purchases, many years ago, if a bit pricey re ... purchase price and re-purchase of updated items for the price increase difference. I always thought they were a reputable business, though seeing these reviews scares me. Was about to buy something which I need to work well and into the future. The horrible reviews with zero HS response for any of them, however, is scaring me away from this vendor. I'll watch and look about a little bit more, to verify a bit, but otherwise... yikes.

Was told 2-4 weeks when I ordered. It's been 3 weeks with no communication. Looked up the tracking number and now it says 6 months...

Placed an order on 11/19...paid extra for early shipping but never received. I called and was told by a gentleman it was shipped the day it was placed...waited 2 more days, called again and got a woman..she said she apologized but I was given the wrong information that my order was still in processing..now it's been a week later so I called again cause as of today I was supposed to have my order..guess what..NOPE..called again and spoke to yet another customer service representative..no manager there to talk to..already made 2 payments on Afirm and still no delivery..I don't care how long this place has been in business or how they made it this long...its very simple..you place an order..you pay for it..the company picks your order ( if in stick which mine was ) and they place a packing list and label on it..load it onto a UPS truck which makes pickups EVERY DAY..and it ships..pretty simple right...not with this company. To bad no managers or even someone higher up couldn't rake my call...if this were my company...id be out of business...very displeased..this type of deceit isn't right...especially around the holidays...too bad cause I really wanted to order that 10ft Frosty...not now80 some odd years in business...WOW...thats unbelievable...I guess the old saying applies...you live and you learn..
