As a company that reported a net loss of $30 million Sep YTD 2013, and has a turnaround strategy that includes attracting new customers, you would think they would want to make new customers happy and provide customer service. I noticed that Cache has started to look a little less like The Real Housewives of New Jersey and a little more sophisticated so I stopped in to look at dresses. Long story short, they didn't give me a receipt when I ordered a dress for delivery and when I went to return the dress 9 days later, they would only offer a store credit, despite being able to pull up my transaction on their computer. I was well within the return policy timeframe. I felt totally taken advantage of. Now I have to use my store credit before the place goes out of business! OK, maybe I'm exaggerating on that but they still need to up their game.. Oh, Cache, all you had to do was let me return the dress and credit my credit card and I would have been a repeat customer. They appointed a new CEO this year so hopefully they'll get new management in their stores and not just at corporate.

The staff here at Cache was excellent. I came to this location while on a weekend trip for work. I was helped with all my shopping needs. I left with a really nice top that was 50% off plus an extra 5%. Can't wait to go back again the next time I'm in Chicago.

I went to this store and had an amazing time and shopped I wish until I dropped but thats for next time. Debra gave me the best service also there was a pair of leggings that I was dying for and she tried her best to find them for me. I would definitely go back
