        Terrible experience overall. Went in to get a suit for my wedding. Ended up with three trips back to the store after the tailor hemmed the pant legs into different sizes. They also sold me a shirt with a bow tie collar when I wasnt even wearing a bow tie, I ended up looking like a total idiot. Nice suits, terrible service.

        Their quality has really gone downhill recently, I would not recommend purchasing suits from there. I purchased a suit, and after wearing it six times it started chafing. They would not change it despite it being a manufacturing defect. Ive worn Hugo boss suits for years because their cuts are great, but over time the quality of the fabric has just collapsed.

        One of the slacks I purchased at the store were defective. The manager refused to neither give me a store credit nor a refund do not shop here.

        Asked how much was specific jacket on Michigan Ave in window display I held on the phone 12 mins just to get price I hung up that was pathetic it nobody came to phone had me on hold like that !
