They work with “Innovative Parking Solutions LLC” to scam people by booting your car and making you pay $170 to get it off. Despite there being no other cars parked in the lot and leaving your car for less than a minute. The parking attendant waits there to catch people leaving the lot. Would never support a business that preys on people in the community. (Sure, may be justifiable if parking were tight or an issue, BUT IT’S NOT).

Agreed with Gabrielle’s comment below. I hate to fault a small business, but since they are in cahoots with the SCAM company they contract to “protect” their parking lot... they will get none of my business again. The attendant watched and waited for me to leave my car. When I returned literally SECONDS later, I almost fought him off thinking he was stealing my tires (he wasn’t even finished with the boot) I would have no issue with them doing this during business hours. But when every business in the plaza is closed, and you make a stop for one minute to pick up food, who’s being harmed? It’s the exact definition of a racket. Maybe take a stand against an illegitimate company that is hurting your very customers, and I’ll reconsider. Until then, I hope this parking lot contract is worth losing a customer that likely contributes much more to your bottom line.
