I came here for the first time today, went in because I’ve been having sever lower back pain after getting hurt. I saw Dr.D and she was awesome. I love how down to earth she was and didn’t use big medical lingo, she was straight to the point and made me feel comfortable. I immediately felt like I could trust her opinion. She was able to do an adjustment and recommended a few things to help my back. It’s been a few hours now and I’m already feeling a little better. I’ll be going back next week for another adjustment and possibly some therapy. She is great, the office is nice and comfortable I would totally recommend!

I don’t know another way to try and get your attention/get in contact with your business. Over the past week, I have called several times and left 2 voicemails, sent an email, and texted the number that was given in the voicemail as an alternate way to contact you for a “quicker response.” I cannot get ahold of anyone in any way from your practice. My need to get ahold of you is time sensitive due to issues with insurance claims you filed from my last few visits that have still not been resolved and it’s been over a year now. And I was informed collections could come after me because of this. Part of the reason I stopped going to Sauganash Wellness Center more than a year ago was because I often found the way it was run unprofessional and disorganized, and the lack of response right now just further confirms this for me. Please contact me so this matter can finally get resolved. Thank you.
