The Children's Place

Didnt have any Christmas clothes left in any of my children's sizes. Too small inside this store. Cant even shop cause its too messy and unorganized. Nothing was folded and there was no shoes hung up. Everything was all over the floor. No outfits where hung up to match. Just horrible. Won't be back to this store. Cant have nothing nice in black neighborhoods

Last minute shopping the store was closing. The 2 ppl wrking in the store. i believe there names were dayveon and rasheeda. Were very patient. thank u guys

My experience today was VERY poor. There were five young ladies on duty on the floor. NONE of which asked if I needed help with anything. After I inquired about a price, I was directed to the proces scanner on the back wall which was extremely temperamental. A customer, a young teen, offered to help me scan the items as one of the female employees stood 10 feet from us folding clothes. I waited at the register to be rung out as four of the five were congregated at the rear of the sales floor laughing and joking amongst themselves. I finally said, "hey, who's working the register?" A young lady came from the front of the store and said she'd ring me out. The transaction was completed and I was left there to bag my own $80 purchase. As I struggled to get the things in the bag, yet another female customer held my bag open for me. The two ladies at the register stood and watched as they continued to talk to each other. Its critical to still teach the "young generation" about customer service and focusing on the patron in front of you. Not your friends on shift with you while customers are clearly present. Thank you.
