Second City Nannies

I found Marybell and Second City Nannies through an online search and while I wasn't sure what to expect, she exceeded my expectations and then some! Marybell was extremely professional and very timely with her responses, which I greatly appreciated as I did not experience this with other agencies. We have a tricky situation as we only needed someone for a few months, and we have a child with severe food allergies. Well, Marybell found us the most incredible woman... she's beyond Mary Poppins! I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend.

Marybell was excellent at finding the right candidate for our needs. She worked with us to really focus on the right type of nanny. It's been 6 months and we are super happy with our childcare, it has been a lifesaver. Our nanny is unbelievably punctual, great with the kids, and just a pleasure to be around (given covid working from home situation). Thanks Second City Nannies!

Second City Nannies is an amazing agency. I really appreciate how they care and I'm thrilled with my new nanny position. The placement coordinator (Marybell and Christine) took the time to help me and the patience to walk me step by step and they worked hard to place me with the best possible match. We were really happy we worked with Second City Nannies to find our current nanny. After going through a different agency and being unhappy with our previous nanny for a few months, we finally made the decision to start the process again. With our previous agency, we were made to think that we couldn't find a better candidate for part-time and given our budget. In working with Marybell, she understood our needs and quickly realized our current situation was optimized around the nanny and not what we needed for our family. She was confident we could find more qualified nannies that would fit our needs for our 5 and 1 year olds. Within just a couple of weeks, she found us not 1, but 2 great candidates. We've been with our new nanny for a couple months now and she's SO much better than our previous one; I trust her with my most prized possessions.
