        I had the worst experience there. Yesterday, Sunday approx 7pm. Returned my food. It was cold, chicken fries and rolls on both orders was cold not warm, COLD. The cook was refusing the cashier to have my order replaced he saids refund my money. Some how my order gets replaced. Let me say I bit off one chicken leg to know it was cold, before returning the food only gone 1 minute. Why they give me hot fries and put my eaten off chicken leg back in the gease and gave it back to me. I called this afternoon spoke with the manager Brandon who hung up on me. Let me say I wasn't rude nor any profanity.. this guy hung up. I'm never going back and calling the Board of health department 1st thing in the morning.

        Uncle Remus on 47th is the most consistent restaurant in the world! I live far and my food is still warm when I get home. I live 5 minutes from a McDonald's and can never get hot food. When people ask me where is the best chicken around, I tell them to GPS Uncle Remus! The staff is great as well!
