PLS Check Cashing Store

I work right down the street from this location. Got a personal check from my grandmother and decided not to wait until I got my usual location but to go ahead and cash it when I got off. Get inside and the large rep with the glasses helps me. She then tell me that I don’t have a profile. When I do. After telling her she magically found it. She then gave me so many hoops to cash a $50 check. A check that I ALWAYS cash at these establishments. There was a young lady next to me who was also cashing a check and she was in and out within a matter of seconds. This rep stated that she called the Bank to verify the check. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD PLS CALL THE BANK TO VERIFY. I feel disrespected and targeted. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Horrible customer service!!! Manager David was super unprofessional. Was asking me personal questions he was not supposed to. Asked me why I send this amount of money?, how the person that I send to money is related to me? Took me about 1 hour to finish the whole process when in reality it supposed to take just 5 minutes using WU app.
