I don’t know how this place has received numerous 5 stars for its customer service. I just transitioned to a new employer and I didn’t get my direct deposit in before the pay period permitted, so I had to physically cash my check. I came to this location, and the teller (African-American woman) took me. She asked if I cashed a check here before and I told her know, and explained my situation on why I was cashing the check. Before I could continue she cut me off and ask for my pay stub and number to my employer so she can verify, which I understood. She went in the back and came back mader than she was at first. I guess my employer told her that they didn’t verify employement and she subconsciously took that out on me for the rest of the transaction. Didn’t say much to me after that, other than the fact of noting that I’m in their system now, emphasizing IF I chose to come back to this location.

The guy on the phone was so disrespectful and rude about cashing our check from another state. He said we needed to be there in person to verify if a check could be cashed. , when it specifically says on their website that checks needed to be verified on the phone before coming in person. The one down the street going west is a lot better.
