Just got stood up by George for a showing. I was told that the property had been rented out "late last night" and that George had called me this morning and had left me a voicemail. I double check my phone and there's neither a missed call nor a voicemail. Don't bother with List.

They have been more then fair and offered to help me when I had problems getting funds during my transfer from my new job. Mr.Skata returned emails for me and my roommates within 12 hours and even helped my roommate when she was locked out of the apartment at no charge. They dealt with a tenant who didn't consider picking up his dog Fescus in a fast and direct manner. Thank you and thumbs up!!

Worst company to rent through. No contact. Will not return calls. Will not return emails. No way to get a hold of anyone who supposedly "works" there. Should not be in business.
