Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and really knows how to teach you to both master and simplify the business development process. I would recommend Steve's program to any lawyer looking to increase their business or improve their networking skills. He also puts out a ton of great content on Linkedin and has authored several books that are great reads on business development.

Steve is great and I strongly recommend reading his books and learning more about his approach to attorneys that want to break free and master their destiny. He breaks down legal business development into bite-sized, actionable behaviors that lead to habits, that lead to success and then lead to reinforcing a positive attitude about developing a book of business - the cycle repeats and (with a little effort) becomes self-executing. His coaching style is also highly collaborative and focused on accountability. I'm happy to call Steve a team member, coach, and friend. It's helped me focus and get results.
