I called recently looking for a skirt that I had found at another location but that had a broken zipper so I couldn't purchase it. Leilani was the most helpful in tracking down the skirt. I was originally just going to order the skirt and have it sent to me but she asked if I wanted to see if there were other locations that had the skirt around my area. Turns out two other locations had it, but instead of having me go over and the skirt possibly not be there, Leilani offered to call the stores first directly and then call me back to confirm the skirt was there. When she called me back she told me in actuality that only one of the store locations had my skirt, and that she already had put it on hold for me under my name. Honestly the nicest costumer service interaction I have had to date.

I went there to get a new years dress and while I was there both girls were really helpful with giving me advice if this looked good for the event I was attending. I bought two dresses and I didn't end up wearing one so I wanted to return it since I was more than likely not going to wear it. I work right around the corner and ended work at 6:45pm on a Thursday. I think i got to the door at 6:56pm as I saw the worker walk to the door the same time I got there and lock it in my face. According to the website and what is posted on google the store doesn't close till 8pm.. She smirked as she locked the door and didn't let me know why they are closed so early or asking if i needed assistance etc. Not professional and the staff should have more courtesy when it comes to their customers.
