To be honest I would not give this tax preparer any stars. She overly charges and she clearly doesn’t know what she is doing she takes peoples money and this is not going to go on any longer I am going to report her to the IRS she has taken $3000 and I am not a stranger to her we used to be best friends but we fell off February 2021 and she received all my money after we were not talking and never once sent a check to me of my tax money. I have to find out by calling the IRS and being on hold for many hours to see where my money went to a third party bank.

I've had my taxes done here for five years. I don't go anywhere else. But hey, you get what you pay for. Michelle knows all the ins and outs and will answer all your questions. She doesn't do it cut and dry so, that what I pay for, great services and good quality

To anyone that is struggling with your ride share tax form just stop being stubborn and get a professional to do it for you. Michelle was very friendly, very professional and will definitely go back to her come next tax season. I learn my lesson will let the professional (Michelle) take care of my taxes.
