        Called six times ovet two days and nobody ever answers the phone. Very unprofessional the staff up front stands around. There is never anyone in the screening area. Ive been here for 45 minutes without any service. A total joke

        If I could leave no stars I would. INCOMPETENT AND RUDE STAFF , MOST have lack of training and when you inquire about their experience or qualifications they get mad and say you signed a consent. DO NOT COME HERE IF U CARE ABOUT your health , some of the staff doesn’t even change gloves between patients 🤮

        Very rude I called and asked questions before i went there i get there wait 30 mins to be told i can't donate because my id is expired and that was1 one of my question when i called medical supervisor john very rude then i asked to speak with another supervisor wich was the front desk reception i believe her name was niesh even more rude it's just sad how supposed to be professional people at work get down makes the company looks really bad
