Ordered a bike from here online (May 11, 2014) and they still haven't even shipped it yet. It's been over a week and they're still unresponsive and unhelpful with consulting the matter. I've made the payment and the fulfillment status remains "unfulfilled". They don't even bother to update me on the status of my bike. Terrible online service! DO NOT SHOP HERE ONLINE
