Awesome customer service. They were able to answer a few questions I had about servicing road bikes and recommended and sold me the right parts I needed to repair my bike. Highly recommend then to anyone.

Truly skilled mechanics, very professional.
I used to go to different bike shop, but On The Route Bicycles shop mechanics are way better!
Recently I took my bike there, it was almost closing time, very nice mechanic stayed overtime 50 minutes, to fix my bike!
Im very grateful!

I brought my bike in for a flat.  I figured a new tire and tube would be needed.  The tech fixed it in 10 minutes and said "as much as I'd like to sell you a new tube, you don't need it."  I was impressive but the fast, honest service.  I'll be back.

Went into this shop because it was the closest to where I was when I got a flat on my bike. The gentleman at the counter showed me that my tire had a big slash in it and told me I had to replace it which I was sad about because they were new tires of only a few months (I think I parked near some construction and something weird happened while I was at work). He helped me select a well priced tire for what I use my bike for and fixed everything in about 15 minutes.
I didnt notice until I got home that whoever fixed my tire also fixed my bike lock thing that holds the lock to the frame while I ride. Its been flopping around for weeks and Ive been meaning to replace it or fix it. It was such a sweet thing to do without me asking. Thank you!!!

Could have been 5* - but see below.My husband and I bought bikes at the shop on Saturday and had a fabulous experience. Atticus listened to our needs, zoned in quickly on options, and helped us each choose the right bike. We discussed the accessories we needed and Atticus took care of everything. As we were on our other bikes at the time, we had to come back to pick them up. Sadly our experience when we picked up was inexcusably bad. (Atticus was not there - which he told us the day before). The person who "helped" us was rude, condescending, and basically couldnt give us the time of day. When I asked him to measure me for the seat, as the day prior it was a smidge too low, he lowered the seat all the way and told me it couldnt go higher (then went on to explain it was going to hurt my knees - at the age of 62, I know where i prefer my seat).  Then he basically walked away after begrudgingly raising the seat to where i wanted it (had to ask again for his help holding the bike to check the height). He still couldnt give us the time of day, did not say thank you or even just acknowledge that we had just spent over $3k on two bikes. I will continue to recommend this local shop, but you may wish to reconsider some of your staffing.
