        The sales team is great. The service and repair staff are some of the biggest a holes youll ever come across. Just terrible service, awful attitudes, and sooooo expensive with no knowledge. Go to Boulevard Bikes or DS bike shop for any repairs.

        They have no clue about high and bikes. First called, service guy says come we have parts. When I showed up, no we do not have it. We do know who you spoke with. Stay away, incompetent, disorganized do not care attitude.
