My visit to Sally was great. It was an unusual request, but the sales associate was super helpful trying to pick a pink nail polish for my female pit bull. She pointed me to the polishes that were non toxic in case our dog chewed her nails and to polishes they were super durable and quick drying. Perfect customer service.

By far the worst experience ever. I asked for assistance and was treated like a nuisance. The service was so bad I had to call customer care to report the incident. Matthew is the most unprofessional associate I’ve ever encountered. I returned all the products I bought because of low level service I received. The store manager Sarah was no help either. As man getting comfortable with hair care I expected the store helpers to be of more assistance than they were. I left without my products and full of discouragement to shop with Sally’s. I’m patiently waiting to speak with the district manager. I can’t believe the staff they have attending this store. The levels of service was lower than low.

I have been calling various locations for days wanting to do curbside pickup and one has answered me. I understand if some stores are busy but I can't believe they would be that busy because I've called at various times. i finally called this location and they picked up after the first few rings and we're very helpful in retrieving my items. I am very happy with the service provided by the male worker there.

The gentlemen with blue hair(Mat??) has been very helpful numerous times. Very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help a customer with their specific needs. I have been to many other Sally's but I really enjoy going here because I always go in with and idea and walk out feeling confident about the new dye job I want to try thanks to their staff.
