I had a wonderful experience with Danyel! I’ve been to her a few times and she is very knowledgeable - it’s clear her skills are at a super high level and she knows exactly what she’s talking about. When I first came to her, my extensions (from another salon) were not installed properly, and she helped me get back on track! She always makes great recommendations for at-home styling products and I think her prices are very reasonable. I left her salon the other day feeling beautiful and extremely happy with the results! I bought groupon for brazillian keratin treatment and had worst experience of my life with my hair. I have done multiple keratine treatment before and this was not it 1) Quality - Danyel uses cheap products on hair. my hair was sticky and still is (after 6 months) No softness and no life 2) Service - After complaining to her about my treatment, she denies it all! and the other bad reviews are true. She blamed my hair, products I use and care but never accepted or tried to make it better. She also told me to buy her keratine products after I complained. Why would I spend another dollar when she is of no help. Another factor is she pulled my hair so much. My scalp was bruised for days. 3) She talks BIG talk but no action. Do not get swayed by her fancy stories. I would like to warn you. She will try to upsell her products, treatments and much more. The reviews on yelp are accurate it is not 4 or 5! Her service is worth one star or less. She was unprofessional and blamed everything accept her products and her service. I have had bad experience before but most of the time it is corrected and I would go again. But in this case, I would NEVER ever go to someone like this. Funny part is I write a review - she tells me I never took her service and I am her competition who is scared of her haha. She has no competition. She is no bad - must be last in her service. Please ask me if you have any questions but do not waste your money here. Especially in this covid times.
