I had an amazing experience at Spa Spot. Crystal paid such close attention to detail, ensuring my pedicure and manicure looked just right. The entire staff was so attentive and the different massages throughout the service gave a luxurious touch. One of the best mani-pedis I’ve ever received! The pedicure was very thorough. The nail tech massages your feet twice- once with a great peppermint-smelling exfoliant and once with lotion. The manicure was also very detail oriented, and not only did they massage my hands (at the end- I almost thought they weren’t going to do it, especially since it’s the best part!), they gave me a little shoulder massage too! Since it’s winter, they made sure that my pedicure was completely dry before putting my snow boots on. The place feels very covid-safe. Everyone wore masks, hand sanitizer was at the front door, and everyone was socially distanced. They keep their appointments to a minimum. If you like a quiet mani-pedi, this is the place for you. They play relaxing ambient music and the nail technicians quietly do their work. I personally appreciate this after a long day of work. Services: Pedicures, Manicures

This is probably in the “top 3 best no chip manicures” I’ve had done since moving to Chicago in August! The price was a bit higher than other salons in the area, which is why I didn’t give it a 5 out of 5. However, the salon is quite clean and they are following all COVID safety precautions. The technician took her time with shaping my nails, working on my cuticles and she was also gentle. Services: Manicures, Pedicures

The service is good, but the way she applied the color is awful. First of all she didn’t clean good the cuticles, and the polish was not close to my cuticles, looks like I did this manicure 2 weeks ago. Never coming back
