Bank of America Video Banking

This is very different location of Bank of America. It's all automated. There are 3 videoconference rooms to speak to bankers about any of the banking problems. There also 3 ATM's and two seats with power outlet in the lobby. However, while walking on the opposite side of the street looking for the bank I didn't see any signs. It's part of a plaza. So I got lost for a minute. The computer that starts "talking" right after I started using ATM made me feel like I'm at a gas station though. Overall it's a nice looking office with innovative banking experience.

Absolutely none of the screen rooms work. Screen says "Wait till we connect you" but after 20 minutes of staring at the screen, reading a book and yelling at the camera I gave up all while the screen still said something about trying to connect me. They should demolish it, remodel and put actual living and breathing tellers in this location. These booths are better served as private lunch rooms, play rooms for kids or connect your playstation to the monitor. Location states times that are open and I was there a full one hour before closing time.
