Terrible experience very unprofessional branch manager is a bad example for the employees to follow. The way they treat their customers at this branch they won’t last long. As a young black woman I have seen examples of bad customer service but this by far has to be the worst at this branch specifically. I now know that there are people that look like me that are also opposing to my success and will do what ever bad they can versus helping. Zero stars

I wouldn't dare advise anyone to join "Associated Bank" because of the customer service that they rendered. When you walk into any institution such as a "Bank" you expect to see 3 standing qualities, 1) Cleanliness, 2) Professionalism, and 3) Customer Service. Out of these expectations only (1) looked presentable, while the other two (2) & (3) didn't meet guidelines or procedures. When you walk in the doors - it was like "Eyes On You" aka "Suspect" like you did something. The reps were unprofessional and didn't provide customer service like they should have; instead of, assuming the worse in people. Clearly, that is not the way to run and handle business. My ratings wouldn't be a STAR, but a ZERO because of the unprofessional standards that they pro-trade and unprofessionalism for the customer service that was presented.

Associated Bank is the supreme best I love doing all my banking with them. For years I hated the fact that no location was closer to me on the south side. I have been doing business with them for years. I always had to jolt downtown to make deposits. I was over joyed when they opened up a branch on 47th street. I shop in the area all the time this was a big Win for me. Associated Bank I'm so happy you're here you have the best tellers ever they are all so friendly and you get me in and out love that.
