        They quietly closed my account during the pandemic, and without any notification. Website is near impossible to use, and their pipelines are not up to standards of modern banking. Disappointing.

        Very small bank. I don’t even recommend to open this bank account. People in this bank is prejudice and judgmental. I never felt comfortable in the bank or on the phone. I won’t forget this question from one of the banker. “You don’t want this bank account?” It’s worthless to say anything about this bank.

        I have been doing business with Byline for years, especially at this location. Every single person has always been friendly and helpful. If there was a problem they are nothing but solution oriented. I cant say that I understand a complaint that mentioned any kind of prejudice as the entire staff there are about as diverse as possible. I always look forward to banking with this crew!
